The Ridgefield Playhouse, Ridgefield

Best known as lead guitarist Deacon Claybourne on “Nashville,”- Charles “Chip” Esten, returns to The Ridgefield Playhouse after a sold-out performance with a full band full of hit songs.  For Esten creativity has been a constant battle among the muses of music, acting and comedy. He’s exercised his acting muscle in movies like “The Postman” and “Swing Vote” as well as TV series like HBO’s “Big Love” and Disney Channel’s “Jessie.” Comedy improv show “Whose Line Is It Anyway?,” with co-star Wayne Brady, let him use all three talents at once.  Now come see this multi-talented performer LIVE up close and personal!

Kicking off the night is Charlie Scopoletti!  Through his music and partnered fundraising initiatives, he has helped raise over $1,000,000. Hometown Hero, Honoree for The One Hundred and a Proclamation naming March 7th “Charlie Scopoletti Day” by the Mayor of Port Chester NY.  A two-time cancer survivor, his music draws from the unique perspective of someone who’s faced and overcome adversity.  Recently, he and his band opened up for Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Inductees and Grammy Winners, Steely Dan.
